PETALING JAYA: Sunway Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award for a contract worth RM147.36mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract was awarded by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed design, construction and completion of a 16-storey three-star hotel with three-storey podium and two basement levels of car park, and a 11-storey office tower with two basement levels of car park.

“The proposed project is expected to commence on Oct 7 with a construction period of 36 months from the commencement date,” it said.
