DESPITE the economic slowdown, response to the RM140mil Boulevard Condominium in Bandar Baru Air Itam, Penang, has been encouraging with 60% of its 420 units sold so far. Its developer, Reka Indah Development (Penang) Sdn Bhd, said that the freehold units, with built-up areas of between 936 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft, were selling fast.
